针对等效砂墙厚度过小导致有限元建模时网格划分困难这一技术难题,对砂井地基数值建模的简化计算方法展开研究,在陈立宏等效砂墙理论和赵维炳等效砂墙法的基础上,通过计算公式的二次推导,提出一种改进的调整砂墙厚度的等效建模法,较好地解决了上述技术问题,经多个计算点的验证,该方法具有可行性。同时,以河北省沿海高速公路某试验段为工程背景,采用等效建模法,借助大型岩土工程有限元软件Plaxis构建工程地质模型,综合地基土超孔压消散及工后沉降大小等方面的分析结果,对多种塑料排水板设计方案进行比选优化,结果表明,将数值模拟技术与工程优化相结合,利用数值计算结果评判工程设计方案的优劣,对于工程设计具有一定的理论指导意义和工程实用价值。
