目的观察自拟宣肺平喘汤联合西药常规治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期的疗效。方法将115例支气管哮喘急性发作期轻、中度患者随机分为两组,对照组55例,常规口服氨茶碱片,沙丁胺醇气雾剂吸人;治疗组60例,在对照组的基础上给予口服中药汤剂自拟宣肺平喘汤。结果自拟宣肺平喘汤联合西药常规总有效率(96.67%)与单纯西药常规总有效率(89.09%)上相比,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟宣肺平喘汤联合西药常规治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期疗效显著,值得在临床应用。
Objective To observe the curative effect of self-made xuanfei pingchuan decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 115 mild and moderate bronchial asthma exacerbation patients were randomly divided into two groups: control group (55 cases), conventional oral aminophylline tablets and salbutamol aerosol inhalation; the treatment group (60 cases), on the basis of the control group To give oral traditional Chinese medicine decoction Xuanfei asthma soup. Results The total effective rate of Xuanfei Pingchuan Decoction combined with western medicine was 96.67% compared with that of Western medicine only (89.09%). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Xuanfei Pingchuan Decoction combined with western medicine routine treatment of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma significant effect, worthy of clinical application.
