目的:研究普鲁卡因加胸腺肽局部封闭治疗神经性皮炎的护理体会。方法:选取本院2014年1月-2015年1月收治的98例神经性皮炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组49例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上进行综合干预护理,观察并对比两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组,自护能力强于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对神经性皮炎患者进行综合护理干预,有利于改善患者病情,提高护理质量,促进患者早日康复。
Objective: To study the nursing experience of local closure of procaine and thymosin for the treatment of neurodermatitis. Methods: A total of 98 patients with neurodermatitis treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 49 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing. The observation group was on the basis of routine nursing On the comprehensive intervention nursing, observation and comparison of two groups of patients nursing effect. Results: The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, self-care ability was stronger than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with neurodermatitis is beneficial to improve the patient’s condition, improve the quality of nursing, and promote the early recovery of patients.
