计算机技术在飞速发展,伴随计算机发展的数控车床也在我国机械加工行业中得到越来越广泛的应用。在加工过程中数控机床不仅解决了普通机床难以解决的许多难题,而且提高了生产效率和加工精度,同时为了满足这种要求也对加工工艺和刀具设计提出了许多新的、更高的要求。为使数控车床这些先进的设备更好地发挥作用,必须解决这些问题。本文通过对几种典型刀具加工特点的分析,总结出加工刀具的选择要点,使用户能够合理经济地从众多数控机床中作出选择。
The rapid development of computer technology, with the development of computer numerical control lathe machining industry in China are more and more widely used. In the process of machining, CNC machine tools not only solve many difficult problems that ordinary machine tools can not solve, but also improve the production efficiency and machining accuracy. At the same time, many new and higher requirements for machining technology and tool design are also put forward to meet this requirement. In order to make CNC lathes work better with these advanced equipment, these problems must be solved. Based on the analysis of several typical tool machining features, this paper summarizes the key points of machining tool selection, so that users can choose from a large number of CNC machine tools reasonably and economically.
