农作物中蔬菜是食品最初的形态,蔬菜的质量安全会对整个食品链的安全造成直接影响,与人民的饮食卫生密切相关。就近几年我国农业产品的质量安全情况来说,整体保持在较好的水平上,但随着社会的不断进步,人民生活水平的不断提高,加之新安全隐患的出现,农业产品质量的安全问题成为人们关注的焦点问题。基于此,分析现阶段预警管理研究的现状,提出模型构建的基本思路,以供参考。
