近10多年来,随着对病毒感染认识的深化,及诊断手段的日趋进展,久治不愈或多次复发的情形逐渐多见。乙肝迁延化后可演变为慢性活动性肝炎;Epstein-Barr病毒(EBV)感染迁延化后,慢性活动性EBV感染(CAEBV感染)这一名称也应运而生。我院4年来共收治CAEBV感染3例,现报道如下。
In the past 10 years, with the deepening of awareness of virus infection and the progress of diagnosis, there are more and more cases of long-term recurrence or repeated relapse. Chronic hepatitis B can evolve after the exacerbation of hepatitis B; the name of chronic active EBV infection (CAEBV infection) has also emerged after Epstein-Barr virus (EPV) infection is prolonged. 4 years admitted to our hospital a total of 3 cases of CAEBV infection are reported below.
