脑胶质瘤是神经外科难治愈性疾病,放射治疗是其治疗的重要方法之一。近年,国外许多文章报道射线的杀伤作用与凋亡关系密切,凋亡是射线导致细胞死亡的主要方式之一。在离体和活体实验中,各种增强放射诱导凋亡的探索取得了令人鼓舞的效果,有潜在临床应用前景。本文对近年来国外有关放射引发脑胶质瘤凋亡及相关机制作出综述。
Glioma is a refractory neurosurgical disease, radiation therapy is an important method of treatment. In recent years, many foreign articles reported that the killing effect of radiation is closely related to apoptosis, which is one of the main ways of radiation-induced cell death. In vitro and in vivo experiments, a variety of enhanced radiation-induced apoptosis has been encouraging results, there is potential for clinical application. This review summarizes the recent progress of radiation-induced apoptosis of glioma and its related mechanisms in foreign countries.
