225例癫痫大发作患者,CT异常率43.59％,脑电图异常率86.22％,痫波检出率47.56％。15岁以前起病组,脑电图异常率(94.34％)和痫波检出率(63.21％)明显高于15岁以后起病组(分别为78.99％和33.61％);而CT异常率前者(31.13％)显著低于后者(54.62％);患病年龄≤15岁组,痫波检出率(71.88％)显著高于15岁以后起病组(38.51％)。提示对15岁以后起病者应重视CT检查,而脑电图对儿童患者诊断价值更大。
225 cases of epileptic seizures, CT abnormality rate of 43.59%, EEG abnormality rate of 86.22%, the detection rate of 47.56% of epileptic waves. In the onset group before 15 years old, the abnormal rate of EEG (94.34%) and the detection rate of epileptic wave (63.21%) were significantly higher than those of the onset group after 15 years old (78.99% and 33.61% respectively) (31.13%) was significantly lower than the latter (54.62%). The prevalence of epileptic seizures (71.88%) was significantly higher in the age group of ≤15 years than in the onset group after 15 years (38.51%). Tip 15-year-old onset should pay attention to CT examination, and EEG diagnosis of children with greater value.
