为了解金属储罐是否出现劣化而对其进行在线检测的主要目的就是发现腐蚀损伤的部位,并确定腐蚀的实际状况。声发射技术是一种先进的动态检测方法。它通过布置在储罐上的换能器接收来自“声源”的信号,再通过专门的软硬件对收到的信息进行处理,进而判断储罐是否存在泄漏。根据超声测厚原理,若在扫描测厚时结果数值频繁变化,说明有腐蚀坑存在。将声发射在线检测与典型区域超声连续扫描测厚结合起来,可提高检测与评价的可靠性。采用32通道声发射检测分析仪与26MG高灵敏度超声测厚仪对某储罐进行了在线检测。结果表明,储罐底部存在一定腐蚀,但未发现泄漏现象,储罐罐壁不存在明显的腐蚀缺陷。
The main purpose of on-line inspection of metal tanks for deterioration is to find sites for corrosion damage and to determine the actual conditions of corrosion. Acoustic emission technology is an advanced dynamic detection method. It receives the signal from the “sound source” through the transducer arranged on the storage tank, and then processes the received information through special hardware and software to judge whether there is leakage in the storage tank. According to ultrasonic thickness measurement principle, if the results of the value of the scanning thickness changes frequently, indicating the existence of corrosion pits. The combination of acoustic emission on-line detection and typical area ultrasonic continuous scanning thickness measurement can improve the reliability of detection and evaluation. Using a 32-channel acoustic emission detection analyzer and 26MG high-sensitivity ultrasonic thickness gauge for a tank on-line testing. The results show that there is a certain corrosion at the bottom of the tank, but no leakage is found. There is no obvious corrosion defect on the tank wall.
