如今,我们做老师的都面临着一个回避不了的课题:现在的学生基本上都是独生子女,在上学前普遍姘生惯养,祖辈父辈如同捧着太阳般侍奉着他们。当他们进了校门,生活在一个大家都必须平等相处的环境里,便表现出了各具特色的不合群的性格特征,有的热情活泼,却逞强凌弱;有的温顺沉默,却性情孤僻。无论哪种情形,在孩子们组成的集体中都显得别别扭扭。小学生是否合群,虽然与个人性格有关,但后天的训导、环境的影响也是极为重要的。因此,我们要注意认真培养孩子们的团结合作精神,引导他们在融洽的班集体中愉快地生活、健康地成长。 一是要教育他们平等待人。有些“小皇帝”的性格
