在高中生物教学中,实验的地位非常重要,它不仅是进行理论研究的重要依据,同样是学生获得感官印象的重要途径。特别是近些年来,生物实验一直是高考着重考查的环节,越来越多的教师加大了对于学生动手能力和创新意识的训练。“检测生物组织中的糖类、脂肪和蛋白质”是高中生物必修教材中较为重要的实验,主要是通过化学试剂来检测生物组织中的糖类、脂肪和蛋白质,在长期的教学过程中,本人对该实验进行了部分改进,改善了教学效果,节省了操作流程和步骤,有效地激发了学生的学习兴趣,对于推进素质教育、贯彻新课改理念有一定的促进作用。
In high school biology teaching, the position of experiment is very important. In recent years, in particular, biological experiments have always been the focus of examinations for examinations. More and more teachers have stepped up their training of students' practical ability and innovative consciousness. “Detecting carbohydrates, fats and proteins in biological tissues” is one of the more important experiments in high school biology compulsory textbooks. It mainly uses chemical reagents to detect sugars, fats and proteins in biological tissues. During the long-term teaching process , I made some improvements to the experiment to improve the teaching effect, save the operation flow and steps, and effectively stimulate the students' interest in learning, which has certain promotion effect on promoting quality education and implementing the new curriculum reform concept.
