目的了解泉州市直托幼机构消毒工作质量,规范托幼机构消毒工作。方法根据《福建省托幼机构消毒质量监测方案》(试行)[1],2009-2010年连续2年对6所托幼机构室内空气、餐(饮)具等相关对象进行采样检测和评价。结果室内空气、餐(饮)具、工作人员手及物体表面细菌菌落总数合格率分别为78.57%、93.94%、100.00%、90.74%,未检出大肠菌群和致病菌。结论市直托幼机构整体消毒状况较好,但室内空气合格率相对较低,需加强监督与消毒管理。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection work in Quanzhou Zhitong-ju institutions and to standardize disinfection work in nurseries and nurses. Methods According to the “Fujian Provincial Kindergarten disinfection quality monitoring program” (Trial) [1], from 2009 to 2010 for two consecutive years of 6 nurseries agency indoor air, meal (drink) and other related objects sampling and testing and evaluation. Results The passing rates of indoor air, food and drink, staff hands and the total number of bacterial colonies on the surface of the objects were 78.57%, 93.94%, 100.00% and 90.74% respectively. No coliform bacteria and pathogenic bacteria were detected. Conclusion The municipal sanitation and child care institutions overall disinfection status is better, but the indoor air pass rate is relatively low, need to strengthen supervision and disinfection management.
