目的:研究乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染者外周血单个核细胞(PBMCs)中HBVDNA的存在及其与血清HBVDNA的关系。方法:用PCR法及斑点杂交法对50例HBsAg(+)的感染者PBMCsHBVDNA进行检测。同时用PCR法检测感染者血清HBVDNA。结果:PCR法和斑点杂交法分别从35份和32份PBMCs检出HBVDNA,阳性率分别为70.0%和64.0%,各种临床型乙型肝炎PBMCsHBVDNA检出率均为60.0%左右。PCR法检测血清HBVDNA阳性率为36.0%。结论:HBV存在于HBV感染者PBMCs中,并且HBV可单独存在于感染者PBM-Cs,HBV感染者各种临床型肝炎PBMCsHBVDNA检出率无明显差异
Objective: To investigate the presence of HBVDNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from patients with hepatitis B virus infection and its relationship with serum HBVDNA. Methods: HBV DNA of 50 PBMCs infected with HBsAg (+) were detected by PCR and dot blot hybridization. At the same time using PCR method to detect serum HBV DNA. Results: HBVDNA was detected by PCR and dot blot hybridization in 35 and 32 PBMCs respectively, the positive rates were 70.0% and 64.0%, respectively, and the detection rates of HBVDNA in all kinds of clinical hepatitis B were 60.0 %about. The positive rate of serum HBVDNA by PCR was 36.0%. CONCLUSION: HBV is present in PBMCs of HBV-infected persons, and HBV can exist alone in infected PBM-Cs. There is no significant difference in the detection rate of HBVDNA among PBMCs of various clinical hepatitis patients with HBV infection
