避孕就是避免怀孕,女性一生从性成熟青春期开始到绝经期,大约有30～40年的时间排出300～400的成熟卵子,所以每个月都有受孕的可能。如果有正常的卵子和精子,有正常的通道,等到卵子和精子相遇后产生受精卵进入宫腔内,妊娠才能成功。避孕就是通过杀伤精子、抑制排卵、堵塞通道、改变宫腔环境,来达到避免怀孕的目的。
