目的:探讨手法复位结合中药内服治疗儿童前臂桡尺骨双骨折临床疗效。方法:将我院62例前臂双骨折患儿随机分为两组。治疗组34例,用手法复位结合自拟中药方治疗。对照组28例,用手法复位治疗。治疗后随访6个月并对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗组患者治疗后疗效评判总优良率为94.1%,疗效显著。对比优于对照组的单纯手法复位治疗。结论:手法复位配合中药内服能显著提高儿童前臂双骨折治疗效果
Objective: To explore the clinical curative effect of manual reduction combined with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of double forearm ulnar radius fracture in children. Methods: 62 cases of our hospital double forearm fracture were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group of 34 cases, with manual reduction combined with self-Chinese medicine treatment. Control group of 28 patients, manual reduction therapy. The patients were followed up for 6 months and compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results: The total excellent and good rate of curative effect after treatment in the treatment group was 94.1%, and the curative effect was significant. Comparison was better than the control group of simple reduction therapy. Conclusion: Manual reduction combined with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of double forearm fractures in children
