目的:探讨分析螺旋CT扫描与三维重建诊断颌面部骨折的应用价值观察。方法:抽取我院2012年6月~2013年7月78例颌面部骨折患者进行螺旋CT扫描与三维重建,观察不同角度骨折的三维病变图像,再结合CT图像进行分析。结果:78例颌面部骨折的诊断中,几乎全部患者都显示颌面部骨折,CT二维和CT三维之间不存在明显差异。三维重建在显示颌骨骨折类型,位置,范围,骨折移位等方面都优于CT二维影像。而CT二维影响在细小骨折和深部结构骨折及骨折周围软组织改变等方面由于CT三维重建。结论:螺旋CT扫描与三维重建在诊断颌面骨折具有全面,快速,准确等优势,两者各有优缺点,可结合使用,对骨折的诊断以及治疗都是较为最佳的检查方法,值得临床推广和使用。
Objective: To investigate the value of spiral CT and three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of maxillofacial fractures. Methods: A total of 78 patients with maxillofacial fractures in our hospital from June 2012 to July 2013 were examined by spiral CT and three-dimensional reconstruction. Conclusion: Spiral CT scan and three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of maxillofacial fractures with comprehensive, rapid and accurate advantages, both have their own advantages and disadvantages, can be used in combination, the fracture diagnosis and treatment are the best method of examination, it is worth clinical Promote and use.
