本文建立了以尼龙网过滤组织块,对早孕蜕膜组织进行体外培养的简便的干贴壁方法。对培养的蜕膜细胞的形态、组织化学及催乳素的释放作了动态观察。催乳素放免测定示,在体外培养的第7d 时,蜕膜细胞释放的催乳素尚能被检测到。
In this paper, a simple method of adhering to the wall by using nylon net to filter the tissue mass and culture the decidual tissue of early pregnancy in vitro was established. The morphological, histochemical and prolactin release of cultured decidual cells were dynamically observed. Prolactin radioimmunoassay showed that prolactin released by decidual cells could still be detected on the 7th day after in vitro culture.
