下面刊出了几篇在农村做手术的文稿。从这些文稿中可以看出,许多城市医务人员,对在农村开展手术曾有很多顾虑。但是,当他们深入农村后,在和农民的接触中,了解了农民的疾苦,逐渐和农民产生了感情,思想上有了农民。他们就能打破顾虑,开动脑筋,千方百计地根据科学原则创造条件,积极开展手术,解除了不少病人的痛苦。同时还可看出,不仅专科医师在农村开展了手术,就连从未进过手术室的护士,在有经验的同志的具体指导下,经过勤学苦练,也做了不少手术。实践证明,真正把革命干劲和科学态度结合起来,许多外科、妇产科、五官科等中小型手术,是能够在农村就地施行的。为了交流这方面的经验,我们转载了《中华外科杂志》上中国医学科学院湖南农村廵回医疗队第三分队写的“在农村开展外科手术的初步体会”一文,供大家参考。但是我国地区广大,各地的具体情况不尽相同,医务人员本身的技术条件也不一样,适用于这个地区、这个医务人员的经验,不一定适用于另一地区、另一个医务人员。因此,拟在本刊开展“在农村怎样创造无菌条件和开展手术”的讨论,希望农村基层医疗单位和参加农村廵回医疗队的同志,把自己在实际工作中的经验,写成文稿,寄给本刊参加讨论。为了使讨论的内容能够集中深入,我们提出下列几个方面作为重点,请选择其中某一方面或几方面写稿。文稿请注意内容重点突出、具体、实用,文字要求精炼简明。一、怎样从病人出发、从实际出发,加强无菌观念、无菌操作和消毒隔离工作。二、如何因时因地制宜,克服困难创造条件,在公社卫生所或农民家中开展手术。三、怎样合理选择病例,加强术前准备和术后护理,如何预防和抢救大出血、休克及术中的意外情况。 Below are several manuscripts for surgery in the countryside.
