浮选前矿浆准备的目的,是要造成一个有利于目的矿物浮游的环境,最大限度的回收有价金属。在这方面如何能使药剂很好地作用于矿石表面具有非常重要的意义。应該严格掌握用药数量,因为各种药剂的添加数量过多或不足,都能給予浮选过程以不良影响。为达到各种药剂都能充分与矿物表面发生作用,药剂添加地点和攪拌时間要经过实验来决定。我矿通过試验研究,较比科学地正确地决定了药剂的添加地点与攪拌方式,銅粗选回收率提高了6~7%(絕对数)而使銅的总回收率提高了1.55%。我矿为提高黄銅矿的浮选回收率,将黄药由过去加在攪拌槽改为加在球磨机中,提高了工艺过程的指标。試验和生产的情况簡介如下。小型浮选試验結果試验結果列入表1中,一系列类似試验的浮选回收率与攪拌时間的关系如图1。
