患者,男,8岁。自出生后就发现其腹膜较同龄儿膨隆许多,且呈渐行性发展。8年来无不适,饮食及二便正常。无外伤史,未经任何治疗。临床表现 上腹部明显隆起,上腹部包块约为13ｃｍ×8ｃｍ。位置固定,边缘不清,中等硬度,有囊性感。无压痛,肝脾触诊不满意。Ｂ超:上腹部囊实性肿物。?
Patient, male, 8 years old. Since birth, it has found that its peritoneum is more bulging than its peers, and it develops in a progressive manner. No discomfort for 8 years, normal diet and secondhand. No history of trauma, without any treatment. Clinical manifestations of the abdomen obvious bulge, upper abdominal mass is about 13cm × 8cm. Fixed position, unclear edges, medium firmness and cystic. No tenderness, liver and spleen palpation are not satisfied. B-super: solid tumors in the abdomen. ?
