磁粉探伤的用途与简单原理磁粉探伤是近代无损探伤中用得比较多的一种方法。由于设备简单,操作方便及探伤效率较高,所以能在工厂中普遍地被采用。磁粉探伤主要用来发现零件表面或接近表面的缺陷(如裂纹、夹杂物和气泡等)。因此,重要产品的零件表面都必须经过磁粉探伤,以便保证产品的质量。磁粉探伤的基本原理是将铁磁性材料制成的零件放在磁场中,使磁力线通过零件。如果在零件中有缺陷,则磁力线在缺陷处产生畸变(如图1所示)。如果缺陷接近或在零件表面,则在零件表面产生漏磁。由
The use of magnetic flaw detection and simple principle Magnetic particle inspection is a modern non-destructive testing used more of a method. Due to the simple equipment, easy operation and high detection efficiency, it can be widely used in the factory. Magnetic particle inspection is mainly used to detect defects (such as cracks, inclusions and bubbles) on or near the surface of a part. Therefore, the important product parts must be magnetic particle testing in order to ensure product quality. The basic principle of magnetic particle inspection is to place the parts made of ferromagnetic material in the magnetic field so that the magnetic lines of force pass through the parts. If there is a defect in the part, the lines of magnetic force distort at the defect (as shown in Figure 1).
