目的:探讨增殖性肾小球肾炎( P G N)肾小球内单个核细胞( M N C)白细胞介素 2 受体( I L2 R)表达与细胞外基质积聚的关系。方法:用免疫组织化学方法检测人 P G N 肾小球内 T 细胞浸润和 M N C I L2 R的表达,同时用 P A S染色方法结合计算机图象分析系统检测系膜区基质增生。结果: P G N 肾小球内 T细胞浸润及 I L2 R+ M N C明显增多( P < 0.01),正常肾组织内无 I L2 R+ M N C; P G N 系膜区基质增生明显增加( P < 0.01),且其与肾小球内 I L2 R+ M N C数目呈显著正相关。结论: P G N 肾小球内 I L2 R 阳性表达与系膜区基质积聚密切相关,提示局部免疫活化是 P G N 的发生发展的重要参与因素。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between interleukin 2 receptor (IL-2R) expression and extracellular matrix accumulation in proliferating glomerulonephritis (P G N) glomerular. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the infiltration of T cells and the expression of M N C I L2 R in human glomerular mesangial cells. Meanwhile, P A S staining combined with computer image analysis system was used to detect the proliferation of mesangial matrix . Results: The infiltration of T cells in glomeruli and IL-2 R + M N C in P G N group were significantly increased (P <0.01), but there was no I L2 R + M N C in normal renal tissues. Regional matrix proliferation was significantly increased (P <0.01), and its glomerular I L 2 R + M N C number was significantly positively correlated. CONCLUSION: The positive expression of IL-2R in glomeruli of P G N is closely related to the matrix accumulation in mesangium, suggesting that local immune activation plays an important role in the occurrence and development of P G N.
