室内研究了Cry1Ab蛋白在转Bt水稻茎和叶片中的表达及在害虫稻纵卷叶螟(Cnaphalocrocis medinalis Gue-nee)幼虫体内的积累动态。结果表明,Cry1Ab蛋白在水稻各部位中均有表达。不同生育期及稻株不同部位中Cry1Ab蛋白的表达量有差异。总的趋势是生育前期的表达量较生育后期高。在时间上,主茎中的蛋白在分蘖期最高,成熟期最低,而叶片中蛋白的表达在整个生育期比较稳定。稻纵卷叶螟幼虫取食转Bt基因水稻后,在其体内及粪便中均能检测到Cry1Ab蛋白。其中取食6h前,虫体内的Cry1Ab蛋白含量高于粪便中的;到12 h时,粪便中Cry1Ab蛋白含量高于虫体内,至24 h时达显著水平(P<0.05),直到48 h,粪便中的Cry1Ab蛋白含量一直维持较高水平。
The accumulation of Cry1Ab protein in the stems and leaves of transgenic Bt rice and its accumulation in the larvae of the pest Cnaphalocrocis medinalis were studied indoors. The results showed that Cry1Ab protein was expressed in all parts of rice. Cry1Ab protein expression differed in different growth stages and in different parts of rice plant. The general trend is that the early stage of expression is higher than the late stage of childbirth. In time, the protein in the main stem had the highest tillering stage and the lowest maturity stage, while the expression of the protein in the leaves was relatively stable throughout the growth period. Cnaphalocrocis medinalis larvae feeding on transgenic Bt rice, both in vivo and in feces can detect the Cry1Ab protein. The content of Cry1Ab protein in the excrement was higher than that in the excrement 6 h before feeding. The content of Cry1Ab protein in excrement was higher than that in the larvae by 12 h, reaching a significant level at 24 h (P <0.05) Cry1Ab protein content in feces has been maintained at a high level.
