随着人口老龄化快速发展,老年人口卫生服务需求逐渐增加,卫生资源配置与医疗卫生服务模式面临严峻挑战。尤其是大量空巢家庭的出现,使空巢老人因生活上缺少照顾而出现的健康及保健问题更为突出。解决空巢老人保健问题,最行之有效的方法是大力发展老年社区卫生服务。而我国目前的社区卫生服务体系,特别是针对老年人的社区卫生服务模式并不完善。本文旨在探索一种新的、适合空巢老人保健需要的社区卫生服务模式,以实现“积极老龄化,健康老龄化”的目标,促进老龄事业与经济社会协调发展。
With the rapid development of population aging, the demand for health services for the elderly population is gradually increasing, and the distribution of health resources and the medical and health service models are facing severe challenges. In particular, the emergence of a large number of empty-nest families makes the health and hygiene problems of empty-nesters more prominent due to their lack of care in life. The most effective way to solve the health problem of empty-nesters is to vigorously develop elderly community health services. However, the current community health service system in our country, especially for the elderly, is not perfect. The purpose of this paper is to explore a new model of community health service that suits the health needs of empty-nesters in order to achieve the goal of “active aging and healthy aging” and promote the coordinated development of aging and the economy.
