周恩来总理生前对地震科学事业抓得很紧并卓有成效,时地震工作曾作过多次重要指示,在地震总结和科学讨论会议上多次发表过重要讲话,并根据我国的特点,亲自制定了地震工作方针.为我国地震科学事业的发展奠定了基础,指出了方向.认真学习贯彻周总理的有关讲话和指示,对于地震科学工作者搞好地震监测、预报和科研是十分必要的.根据有关资料,我们选编了《周恩来总理关于地震工作的指示》,为了便于学习和理解,基本上按讲话和指示的时间先后编排.时值敬爱的周总理逝世五周年,谨以此表示怀念之意.
During his lifetime, Premier Zhou Enlai took a very tight and effective grasp on the earthquake science. During the earthquake work, he made many important instructions and made many important speeches at the conference on earthquake summaries and scientific discussions. According to the characteristics of our country, he personally formulated the earthquake It laid the foundation for the development of China’s earthquake science and pointed out the direction.Clearly studying and implementing Premier Zhou’s relevant speeches and instructions is very necessary for earthquake scientists to do well in earthquake monitoring, forecasting and scientific research.According to the relevant information , We have compiled the “Guidelines for Premier Zhou Enlai on Earthquake Work”, which are basically arranged according to the time of speech and instruction in order to facilitate learning and understanding. On the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the death of Premier Zhou Enlai, I hereby express my nostalgia.
