本文研究了盐酸胺碘酮中乙醇、丙醇等5种残留溶媒的测定方法、采用毛细管气相色谱法项空进样测定,实验获得了很好的分离度和重现性。对实验条件的建立和药典附录中残留溶媒的测定进行了讨论。
In this paper, the determination of 5 kinds of residual solvents such as ethanol, propanol and other alcohols in amiodarone hydrochloride was studied. The determination of 5 residual solvents by capillary gas chromatography was carried out. The experimental results showed good resolution and reproducibility. The establishment of experimental conditions and pharmacopoeia appendix in the determination of residual solvent were discussed.
