随着医院现代化管理进程的推进,医院内审工作日益受到医院管理层的重视。本文认为医院应当采取有效措施,将影响医院内审工作的不利因素转化为加强内审工作的着力点,从而提高内审工作的有效性。
With the advancement of modern hospital management, the hospital’s internal audit work is increasingly valued by hospital management. This article believes that hospitals should take effective measures to transform the unfavorable factors that affect the internal audit work of the hospital into the focus of strengthening the internal audit work, so as to improve the effectiveness of the internal audit work.
