压铸模在工作中为防止推杆与滑块型芯相互干扰,必须在模具中设置推杆先回程机构。而目前一般采用的推杆先回程机构的设计方法比较复杂,并且设置以后使模具的体积和重量要相应增大。这对模具的安装和修理均带来不便。我们在实践中设计了一个爪式先回程机构(如图1)。这种机构具有体积小、制造简单、还可以做成标准件供设计者选用等优点。动作原理: 图示为开模状态,由于弹簧5的作用,支撑块8把爪型杆10顶靠在定模板1上,使爪型杆能垂直分型面。合模时
