采用粉末冶金摩擦技术制备了铜铝基摩擦材料;利用定速摩擦试验机测试了在不同摩擦压力下该材料摩擦性能的变化,同时比较了干湿两种摩擦方式下摩擦性能的异同。结果表明:摩擦速度低于1500 r/min时,摩擦系数随压力的升高变化不大,磨损率增大;摩擦速度高于1500 r/min时,摩擦系数随压力升高而增加;摩擦速度低于1000 r/min时,湿摩擦的摩擦系数高于干摩擦,摩擦速度高于该速度时,两者的摩擦系数相近,湿摩擦的磨损量要高于干摩擦。
Copper-aluminum-based friction material was prepared by powder metallurgy friction technology. The friction performance of the material under different frictional pressures was tested by a fixed-speed friction tester. The similarities and differences of friction properties between the two wet-dry methods were also compared. The results show that when the friction velocity is lower than 1500 r / min, the friction coefficient changes little with the increase of pressure and the wear rate increases. When the friction velocity is higher than 1500 r / min, the friction coefficient increases with the increase of pressure. The friction velocity When the friction coefficient is lower than 1000 r / min, the friction coefficient of wet friction is higher than that of dry friction. When the friction velocity is higher than this velocity, the friction coefficient of both is similar, and the wet friction wear amount is higher than that of dry friction.
