为掌握松散细砂在宽广应力范围下的压缩本构特性,采用准一维应变装置进行了最高轴向应力达1100MPa的实验研究。测得了一种细砂在烘干状态和含水率为3.4%、6.6%和13.5%的压缩下应力-应变曲线,拟合了不同含水率细砂准一维应变压缩下的统一形式的经验型本构方程。比较了实测数据与AUTODYN程序材料数据库数据,给出了使用DYNA程序计算需要的细砂参数推荐数据。高应力水平下的实测数据对工程定量计算具参考价值,拟合的经验公式可在对不同含水率细砂的具体工程计算中推广使用。
In order to understand the compressive constitutive properties of loose sand under a wide range of stress, a quasi-one-dimensional strain gauge was used to investigate the maximum axial stress of 1100 MPa. A stress-strain curve of fine sand with a dry state and a moisture content of 3.4%, 6.6% and 13.5% was obtained, and the empirical form of quasi-one-dimensional strain compression with different water contents was fitted Constitutive equation. Comparing the measured data with the data of AUTODYN program material database, the recommended data of fine sand parameters required by DYNA program are given. The measured data under high stress level is of reference value for the quantitative calculation of engineering. The empirical formula of fitting can be popularized in the concrete engineering calculation of fine sand with different water content.
