三辊行星斜轧机(PSW)轧管是全新的连续轧管法。目前,国内外正在加速研制。笔者根据PSW轧机的特点,在轧棒理论和实践的基础上,推导了计算轧管轧制力的理论公式。文中还列出了用计算机求解的算法及框图。
Three Rollers Planetary Slab Rolling Mill (PSW) Pipe Rolling is a new continuous tube rolling method. At present, both at home and abroad are accelerating the development. Based on the characteristics of PSW rolling mill and the theory and practice of rolling bar, the author deduces the theoretical formula for calculating the rolling force of rolling pipe. The article also lists the computer algorithms and block diagram.
