本文对误差分离技术,在圆柱度测量中的应用进行了初步探讨。实践证明,应用误差分离技术,能将圆柱度线量中工件的形状误差与量仪的轴系误差、立柱导轨的直线性等系统误差分离开来。该技术的推广应用,可以保证在不提高量仪精度的前提下,大大提高测量精度,也可以用精度较低的标准件,去检测高精度的轴系阳圆度仪等,从而降低了量仪和标准件的精度要求与成本,具有很大的经济价值。
