为了推动林业科学技术的发展,发现和鼓励优秀青年科技人员尽快提高他们的学术水平和工作能力,中国林科院林研所从1987年开始,每年进行评选青年优秀论文和优秀科研助手的学术活动。我所青年科技工作者踊跃申报,经研究室推荐,所评委会预选、答辩和评审,对获奖者颁发奖金和荣誉证书,对其业务指导人颁发伯乐奖奖状。现将三年评选结果予以报道。
In order to promote the development of science and technology in forestry and to identify and encourage outstanding young scientists and technicians to improve their academic standards and working abilities as soon as possible, Lin Institute of China Academy of Forestry has started annual academic activities for selecting outstanding young papers and excellent scientific assistants since 1987 . Our young science and technology workers actively declare, the research room recommended by the jury primaries, defense and assessment, award winners and certificates of honor, the business leaders issued the Bole Award certificate. Now three years selection results to be reported.
