两相流动的特性涉及每一相的流量、物理性质及相际之间的相互作用等诸多因素,加之两相可能存在的各种流型,故比单相流动要复杂得多。使用理想喷嘴(流动过程中无摩擦损失,即等熵流动)的概念,以均相平衡模型(HEM)为基础,利用经验公式将繁琐的多次等熵闪蒸计算进行简化,阐述了用于两相流安全阀计算的简捷方法,与严格的等熵闪蒸计算比较,相对误差一般小于5%,并举例进行了说明。
