用6O只LACA纯系成年雄性小鼠的睾丸,研究一组酶的代谢特点和分布规律及不同剂量氯化镍对其各种酶活性的影响。结果表明I型黄递酶主要见于间质细胞和晚期精子细胞;琥珀酸脱氢酶和细胞色素氧化酶见于晚期精子细胞;非特异性酯酶见于间质细胞;而5’-核(艹廿)酸酶主要见于围腔小室细胞。一次性腹腔注射不同剂量的氯化镍对睾丸酶活性未见显著影响。
Sixty LACA pure lines of adult male mice were used to study the metabolic characteristics and distribution of enzymes and the effect of different doses of nickel chloride on the activity of various enzymes. The results showed that type I diaphorase mainly found in stromal cells and advanced spermatids; succinate dehydrogenase and cytochrome oxidase found in late sperm cells; non-specific esterase found in stromal cells; and 5’-core Acidase is mainly found in the pericardial chamber cells. A single intraperitoneal injection of different doses of nickel chloride had no significant effect on testicular enzyme activity.
