针对钢铁厂固体废料综合利用处理系统中振动布料系统的激振力与入口流量不匹配时易造成球团矿在振动箱体内逐步堆积或者输送效果不理想这一问题,根据振动布料机的结构参数、入口流量、球团矿参数及转底炉参数,建立了入口流量与激振力的数学模型,进而求得了不同入口流量的最佳激振力,并进行了试验验证。试验结果表明:在给定布料厚度下,小于最佳激振力时,球团矿在振动箱体内会逐步堆积;大于最佳激振力时,球团矿在振动箱体内分布疏松,效果不理想;采用最佳激振力时,球团矿在振动箱体内分布较为均匀,输送稳定,与理论计算结果相符。
In view of the problem that the excitation force and the inlet flow of the vibrating cloth system in the comprehensive utilization of solid waste comprehensive treatment system in a steel plant are not matched easily, the pellets will gradually accumulate in the vibrating box body or the conveying effect is not satisfactory. According to the structural parameters of the vibrating cloth machine , Inlet flow rate, pellet parameters and rotary hearth furnace parameters, a mathematical model of inlet flow and excitation force was established, and the optimal excitation force at different inlet flow rates was obtained and verified by experiments. The experimental results show that the pellets will gradually accumulate in the vibrating box when the thickness is less than the optimum exciting force, and the pellets are loosely distributed in the vibrating box when the thickness is greater than the optimum exciting force. Ideal; when the best exciting force is adopted, the pellets are distributed more evenly in the vibrating box, and the transportation is stable, which is in line with the theoretical calculation.
