由于半导体激光器(LD)在快轴和慢轴两个方向上发散角的不一致和耦合结构的缩束作用,从耦合结构输出的抽运光在经过空间传播后会发生劣化而降低效率。而通过调整激光二极管抽运堆栈结构中激光二极管阵列(LDA)的排布方式,可以改善耦合结构出口后一定距离处光场的空间分布,从而更好地保证抽运光与信号光的匹配。在通过对耦合结构出口的光场追迹分析后,得到了激光二极管堆栈(LDS)排布结构对耦合结构出射光空间分布特性的影响。通过某工程的实验验证,得到了良好的输出光斑和接近90%的传输效率。
Due to the inconsistencies in the divergence angles of the LD and the LD both in the fast axis and the slow axis, and the constriction of the coupling structure, the pump light output from the coupling structure is degraded and degraded in efficiency after propagating through the space.
