我厂是一个汽车制造和修理的中型企业,生产经营指标逐年提高,产品质量要求越来越高,面临着商品经济和市场竞争的严峻挑战。面对这种形势,如何做好新工人的岗前培训,进一步提高职工的素质,已成为我厂当前的一项重要任务。最近,我们在新工人岗前培训的教学安排上,总结了以往培训的经验,听取了工厂、车间领导的意见,重新制订了密切联系本厂实际的教学计划。其中突出了两个特点;一是教学内容和形式的多样性,即教学内容分为政治教育、基础教育、职业教育;教学形式上分为课堂教学、实物直观教学、车间现场教学、二是教学实践的目的性强,即教学立足于干什么,学什么,会什么,严格考查,合格录用。
Our factory is a medium-sized automobile manufacturing and repairing company. The production and business indicators have been increasing year by year, and the product quality requirements are getting higher and higher. We are facing severe challenges in the commodity economy and market competition. Faced with this situation, how to do a good job of pre-post training for new workers and further improve the quality of workers has become an important task for our factory. Recently, we have summarized the experience of previous training in the teaching arrangements for the training of new workers before the job, listened to the opinions of the leaders of the factory and the workshop, and re-established a practical teaching plan that closely links with the factory. Among them, two features are highlighted; one is the diversity of teaching content and form, that is, teaching content is divided into political education, basic education, and vocational education; the teaching form is divided into classroom teaching, practical teaching, workshop teaching, and second teaching. The purpose of practice is strong, that is, teaching is based on what to do, what to learn, what to do, strict examination, and qualified recruitment.
