结合我国工程教育的实际,针对高校教育中专业设置过细过窄、学生工程训练严重不足等主要问题,以“大基础、大工程”的教育理念为指导,逐步建立和完善了电气信息类工程应用型人才培养的创新模式,即“2+1+1”分段培养模式。论述了“大基础、大工程”的教育理念,以及“2+1+1”分段培养模式的含义,并重点就该方案中理论教学体系、实践教学体系和校企合作模式等几个主要内容进行探讨。
