应用微机图象处理系统对129眼有神经上皮层脱离的中浆患眼眼底荧光血管造影负片进行分析处理,以视盘面积为单位测量早期及晚期渗漏斑面积、以视盘直径为单位测量渗漏点及晚期渗漏斑边缘到黄斑中心凹最近距离。视力与晚期渗漏斑大小呈显著负相关(P<0.01),与晚期渗漏斑边缘到黄斑中心凹最近距离呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。再按炊烟型和墨渍型渗漏比较视力和上述四个观测值,两型间仅渗漏点到黄斑中心凹距离有异差(P<0.05),炊烟型渗漏点较近黄斑中心凹。
