基因是携带遗传信息的DNA片段。造血细胞的增殖与分化过程受遗传基因的控制。应用重组DNA技术研究证实,细胞基因具有潜在的转化活性,而肿瘤细胞的发生与癌基因的异常表达有关。因此癌基因以及染色体畸变的研究,不仅可了解肿瘤细胞的基因表达、控制癌细胞恶性逆转的分子机制,而且对指导临床诊治及预测预后均有重要意义。本文就ALL基因的异常表达与染色体重排,结合其与临床的关系作一简述。
Genes are DNA fragments that carry genetic information. The proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic cells are controlled by genes. Studies using recombinant DNA technology confirmed that cellular genes have potential transformation activity, while the occurrence of tumor cells is related to the abnormal expression of oncogenes. Therefore, the study of oncogenes and chromosomal aberrations not only can understand the gene expression of tumor cells, and control the molecular mechanism of malignant reversal of cancer cells, but also has important significance for guiding clinical diagnosis and prognosis. In this paper, the abnormal expression of ALL gene and chromosomal rearrangement, combined with its clinical significance of a brief review.
