“智慧旅游”的概念是在现代社会经济与科技的高速发展,传统的旅行方式已逐渐需要结合现代的信息处理方式和消费方式的背景下出现的,是旅游产业得以整合和升级的积极有益的探索。智慧旅游建设具体目标需体现在旅游管理、旅游营销和旅游服务及体验三个层面,本文基于这一共识,利用在“成都市温江区智慧旅游示范圈建设”的工作契机,通过对温江区旅游发展现状的翔实调研,围绕智慧旅游建设中所涉及的“管理”、“营销”及“服务”三个方面进行了较为客观的需求分析,以期为接下来的智慧旅游具体平台的建设以及运营模式的构建提供较为客观的科学依据和建设指导。
