清洁液又叫洗涤液或清洗液,是医疗、科研、制药系统用来处理玻璃容器、过滤器材的一种清洗液,是除去热原及病菌的第一关口。清洁液在使用一段时间后呈绿色半透明状时即不能再用,这是由于清洁液遇到有机物、碱类、醇类等使新生态氧遭到破坏的缘故。笔者经过几年的研究探讨,采用高锰酸钾法处理废清洁液,可使清洁液恢复原状重新使用。经处理后的废清洁液具有强烈的氧化作用,可以去除玻璃皿壁上附着的污物和油腻,并能很快杀死微生物和热原,经试验其效果与新配制的清洁液相同。其方法如下: 取硫酸重铬酸钾废清洁液,除去杂质,在不断搅拌下级缓加入高锰酸钾粉末,每1000ml绿色酸液
