本文报道了用半经验公式法对φ43.8mm×5mm平面型HpGe谱仪在低能γ和x射线14—63keV能区对环境样品的全能峰效率刻度方法和结果。用制备的煤、矸石、土壤和煤灰等介质中的 ̄(214)Am、U-Ra平衡源进行了验证,在士5.5%以内和参考值相符合。本文还报道了一种简单的该谱仪对环境样品中 ̄(210)pb的刻度和测量方法,测量了矸石样品中的 ̄(210)pb和 ̄(238)U的含量,其结果和半经验公式法的测量结果在士7.5%以内符合。
In this paper, the method and result of the full-scale peak efficiency calibration of the φ43.8 × 5mm flat HpGe spectrometer for environmental samples in the 14-63 keV energy range of low energy γ and x-ray are reported in this paper. It was verified with ~ (214) Am and U-Ra balance sources in the prepared coal, gangue, soil and coal ash media, and was within 5.5% of the reference value. This paper also reports a simple method for the calibration and measurement of ¯ (210) pb in environmental samples by measuring the ¯ (210) pb and ¯ (238) U contents in waste rock samples. The results show that half The empirical formula method results are within ± 7.5%.
