近年来,我国在民事执行拍卖制度中的立法和执行中采取了一些列的改革措施,并且取得良好的效果。但是依然存在一些法律问题。本文通过对民事执行拍卖中的问题进行分析,并且对进一步完善提出几点建议。
In recent years, China has adopted a series of reform measures in the legislation and implementation of the civil execution auction system and has achieved good results. But there are still some legal issues. This article analyzes the problems in the civil execution auction and puts forward some suggestions for further improvement.
