本研究选用材料为t-J氧基-羰基-L-天冬氨酸-B-苄基酯、t-J氧基-O-苄基酯-L-丝氨酸、t-J氧基-甘氨酸和L-天冬迄酸a、B-二苯基酯-甲苯磺酸盐、t-J氧基-L-精氨酸盐酸化合物、甘氨酸-甲基酯盐酸化合物、L-缬氨酸苯基酯、P-甲基磺酸盐和L-苏氨酸苯基酯盐化合物。双环己基碳化二亚胺为脱水剂,三乙胺和羟基苯并三唑为中和剂,三氟甲烷磺酸和三氟酯酸起分离剂使用。用液体状态程序建立和合成了精氨酸-甘氨酸-天冬氨酸-丝氨酸(RGDS)或含缬氨酸(RGDV)、苏氨酸(RGDT)和精氨酸-甘氨酸-天冬氨酸-丝氨酸-缬氨
The materials used in this study were t-oxy-carbonyl-L-aspartic acid-B-benzyl ester, t-oxy-O-benzyl ester-L-serine, a, B-diphenyl ester-tosylate, tJ oxy-L-arginine hydrochloride compound, glycine-methyl ester hydrochloride compound, L-valine phenyl ester, Salt and L-threonine phenyl ester salt compound.
