2004年是继续贯彻落实十六大、十六届三中全会精神、完成“十五”计划目标的重要一年,也是上海市全面实施科教兴市战略的关键一年。这对我们的科技工作提出了更高的要求。作为上海市基层科技管理部门,奉贤区科委直接面对的是区域内部如科技创新、科技成果产业化等一系列具体问题。在新的一年中,他们将如何为上海科技创新事业再立新功呢?就此问题,本刊记者日前对奉贤区科委主任朱珍梅进行了专访。
2004 is an important year for implementing the spirit of the 16th CPC Congress and the Third Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee and accomplishing the goals of the 10th Five-Year Plan. It is also a crucial year for Shanghai to fully implement the strategy of rejuvenating the city through science and education. This puts forward higher requirements for our work in science and technology. As Shanghai’s grass-roots science and technology management department, Fengxian District Science and Technology Commission is directly facing the region such as scientific and technological innovation, industrialization of scientific and technological achievements and a series of specific issues. In the new year, how will they make new achievements in science and technology innovation in Shanghai? On this issue, our correspondents recently interviewed Fengxian District Science and Technology Commission Director Zhu Zhenmei.
