笔者建议,在司法实践中,加强对巨额财产来源不明罪共犯问题的研究,及早由“两高”统一巨额财产来源不明罪共犯认定的具体标准,纠正执法不统一的不良现象。
In the judicial practice, the author suggests that the study of accomplices in the crime of huge amounts of property with unidentified sources should be strengthened as early as possible to correct the unhealthy phenomenon of law enforcement by earnestly promulgating the concrete standards of accomplices guilty of unification of a huge amount of property with unidentified sources.
