通过对PHS网络中MOS(平均意见得分)测试的分析,结合PHS网络现状和寻呼区结构,发现PHS网络中潜在的寻呼区边界问题,进一步研究寻呼区的规划和特性,提出寻呼区规划和优化的两种方法,用来提高PHS网络的MOS值和用户感知。通过MOS测试及效果评估,验证了所提出的优化方法对改善PHS网络的MOS值具有一定的效果,尤其对MOS分值偏低的改善幅度更为明显,能够提高用户对PHS网络的满意度。
Through the analysis of MOS (average opinion score) test in PHS network, combined with the status quo of PHS network and the structure of paging area, the potential paging area boundary problem in PHS network is found out, and the planning and characteristics of paging area are further studied. Two methods of zone planning and optimization are used to improve the MOS value and user perception of the PHS network. Through the MOS test and effect evaluation, it is verified that the proposed optimization method has a certain effect on improving the MOS value of the PHS network. In particular, the improvement margin of the MOS score value is even more obvious, which can improve the user’s satisfaction with the PHS network.
