正中神经返支的损伤被看作是致残性的、难以恢复。国内外学者对返支与腕横韧带的关系、返支在正中神经主干内部的自然分束情况、终末支分布的情况等研究较少。本文对正中神经返支的大体解剖进行了研究,并着重于以上几方面加以报道。1 材料与方法 取80侧经福尔马林固定处理的上肢,在手术显微镜(16倍)下解剖观察正中神经返支。2 结果2.1 返支与腕管及腕横韧带的关系 正中神经返支在腕管远端发出的49例,占61.3％;在腕管内发出的31例,占38.7％;从腕管内发出且穿过腕横韧带返支
Injuries to the median nerve dilation are considered disabling and hard to recover. Domestic and foreign scholars on the relationship between the reimbursement and the transverse carpal ligament, the back branch of the natural trunk within the median nerve branch, the distribution of the terminal branch of the less studied.
